Deposit & Cancellation Policies:

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit for any non-holiday time frame, which would go towards the full payment due.

We require a 35% non-refundable deposit for any holiday listed below, which would go towards the full payment due.

OR if you wish to take a risk and avoid the 20%-35% non-refundable deposit, you can try booking closer to your departure date.

If you cancel your trip within 14 days of the start date, then we require 100% of the payment for the job.

If you decide to end your trip early while away, we require full payment for all dates originally requested.

Surcharges :

If we are requested for a dog drop-in within 60 minutes of the requested time, there will be a $10 surcharge for the requested drop-in.
Trip Change Policy:
If you decide to end your trip early while away, we require full payment for all dates originally requested. If you decide to extend your trip there will be no additional charge other than your rate per day.
If I Have to Cancel:
We have never had to cancel on a client, but let's face it, it wouldn't be fair for you to have a cancellation policy and not Fetch-A-Sitter since things can always arise. If we have to cancel for the whole time frame we committed to, then you get refunded the deposit....UNLESS someone else on the team can take the job. In which case they would receive the deposit amount.
National Holiday Charge:
The holiday charge is $50 due to holiday weekends & holidays being more in demand from our clients. For example, if your rate is $135 per day, it will be $185 just for that particular day of the week. See the holidays listed below.
